Although my firm has been exporting to Canada for close to 2 decades, we've always drop shipped and met the installation on the other side. This Customs Broker managed to help us with our first self drive delivery - and without border delays and huge fees either.We'll be using them more - and they were very helpful walking us through the various options and had all of the physical and digital paperwork ready to go for us.Thanks to you, we had a smooth installation. There was a brief hiccup when the Rodger's Network (Canada's cell phone company) went down, and there was someone answering the phone at 8:30p.m. on a Friday night on the West Coast who faxed in all of the relevant paperwork. Raymond and the team at AGTT were amazing. We had a shipment coming through on a long weekend and Raymond assisted after hours to make sure the product came through without issue! More than this Raymond worked with CBSA to reduce duties on the made in America sub-components of the machine.
